Labadi Beach Hotel Pays Working Visit to EMG
George Ayisi, the Sales Manager of the Labadi Beach Hotel, on his hotel’s behalf, paid a working visit to the Energy Media Group (EMG) at its SSNIT Emporium office on Monday, 8th August, 2022 at the Airport City in Accra.
The purpose of the visit was to discuss EMG’s plans ahead of its 2022 Ghana Energy Awards event and to commend the organisation on how far it has come in its operations while remaining prudent, diligent and committed to excellence.
Mr. Ayisi took the opportunity to applaud the Awards Scheme on built-in structures that ensure a stringent competitive process for all nominees. He added that the hotel looks to build on its partnership with the Awards by finding exciting ways to associate with such a firm Ghanaian brand.
Ing. Henry Teinor, Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Media Group, thanked the Sales Manager for his presence. He noted that EMG continuously works hard to stand out in all aspects of its business.
He mentioned the importance of creating value added programmes for sector players and partners; one of such initiatives being plans to unveil a redesigned awards plaque at the maiden Nominees Announcement Launch.
Mr. Ayisi expressed gratitude to the Energy Media Group for hosting him and reemphasized the hotel’s keen interest and anticipation for a more expansive partnership with the Award Scheme. As part of his final remarks, Mr Ayisi praised the awarding body’s progress over the years and urged EMG to continue to remain assiduous in all its dealings.
Ing. Teinor attributed the company’s consistent growth to the Almighty God, the organization’s commitment to high standards, and a mindset focused on meeting the needs of industry players.
He also stated that EMG will continue to broaden the scope of its activities in the sector over the next few years with more enlightening and incisive material, programmes, and events that speak and reflect the shifting landscape of the industry.
In appreciation, the Chief Executive Officer of Energy Media Group presented the latest edition of the Energy Ghana Magazine, featuring an exclusive interview with Ing. Emmanuel Antwi-Darkwa (Chief Executive, Volta River Authority), to Mr Ayisi.
Meanwhile, the company has opened nominations for its flagship industry-accepted initiative, the Ghana Energy Awards, until the 18th of October, 2022. Consequently, he urged energy industry players to participate by sending in their nominations.
EMG, a media firm solely dedicated to programmes and activities in the energy sector, is the main organiser of the distinguished Ghana Energy Awards and publisher of the Energy Ghana Magazine.
